I spent the trainings on champions of area.
1 round.Long the distance, wood taiga is a lot of on a compass, tried to run directly, ran in percent of 70 %-80 %. The second day of race there were qualifying races on a long distance I was with 3 result, race was not simple Big ascent ran a traverse much. Long distance of 15 km I haven't reached, after a gross blunder at 3 stage I already lost much and could pass a current the first circle.

I have run middle a distance and a long distance। Very much it was pleasant a long distance with stages on 7 and 10 stage.Middle speed on an average distancea long 5:40/km.The functional condition on these training distances is strongly lowered after 5 days in Kazakhstan and I didn't feel a fresh course. On a long distance I have lost to myself of 6 minutes plus under the own steam couldn't run out from minutes steam couldn't run out from five minutes.

The beginning of May I have spent the end of April on a resort a hog in Kazakhstan where competitions of Burubaj lasting many days 2011 were held.
