REVDA training in City


REVDA training in City
I had a very good speed workout at home in the city.
Training sotoyala interval of three works in the city.
Time intervals were 11 minutes + 5 minutes + 13minut.
The average speed was at 3:50-4:30 min / km
I made three errors in 10 seconds.
