Two days of racing

This weekend I ran two races.
The first race pure cross-country 9km I overcame segment for 30:00 minutes.
Leg injury not obstacles and recommended me to run very fast.
The second race was in the city of Kamensk-Uralsk discipline relay.
We fought for 3rd place.
Our team has been withdrawn from the control-zi mark.
The second race I perceived ka ktrenirovku and fled not fast.

Errors are at 1 minute 20 seconds.
My time is 26 minute.
